Palliative Care

Palliative care (also known as end of life care) is a specialized approach to care that is focused on improving the quality of life for seniors with serious or life-limiting illnesses. The goal of palliative care is to relieve symptoms, manage pain, and provide emotional support to these seniors and their families.

Palliative care is provided by our team of healthcare aids, and LPN’s. who work together to provide comprehensive care and support. The team takes a holistic approach to care, addressing the physical, emotional ,and social needs of the senior and their family members.

The goal is to improve their comfort and quality of life in their final days / weeks, while minimizing the side effects of treatment.

Overall, palliative care is a compassionate and comprehensive approach to care that seeks to improve the quality of life for seniors with serious illnesses and their families.
