Services

Comprehensive Home Support

Our Comprehensive Home Support Services provide compassionate, personalized care to help seniors maintain their independence, dignity, and well-being—right in the comfort of their own home. Whether support is needed for a few hours a day or ongoing throughout the week, our care plans are tailored to fit each client’s unique routines, preferences, and goals.

Services may include assistance with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, medication reminders, meal preparation, light housekeeping, companionship, and transportation to appointments or errands. As care needs evolve, our team adjusts accordingly—ensuring consistency, comfort, and peace of mind.

At Forever Home Senior Care, we believe aging at home should be safe, empowering, and supported by people who genuinely care.

Memory care

At Forever Home Senior Care, we provide compassionate in-home memory care for individuals living with Alzheimer’s, dementia, or the cognitive effects of stroke and other neurological conditions. We understand how memory loss affects not only the individual, but the entire family—and we’re here to walk that journey with you.

Our trained Caregivers, Health Care Aides, and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) offer personalized support that focuses on safety, comfort, and meaningful connection. Care may include assistance with personal hygiene, meals, medication reminders, mobility, supervision, and cognitive engagement activities that support well-being.

We tailor every care plan to reflect the unique preferences, routines, and needs of each client—so they can continue to live with dignity, purpose, and familiarity in the place they call home.

Palliative Care

Our Palliative Care services provide compassionate, in-home support for individuals living with serious or life-limiting illnesses, helping them remain comfortable and cared for in the place they know best. We focus on easing pain, managing symptoms, and offering emotional support—so individuals and their families can navigate this season with dignity and peace of mind.

Care is provided by our experienced Health Care Aides and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and may include assistance with personal care, mobility, medication, nourishment, and comfort-focused routines. We also support family members, offering presence, respite, and compassionate communication throughout the journey.

At Forever Home, we believe end-of-life care is sacred—and we are honoured to walk alongside families with warmth, skill, and heartfelt care.

Respite Care

Caring for a loved one is an incredible act of love—but it can also be physically and emotionally exhausting. Our Respite Care services are designed to give family caregivers a much-needed break while ensuring their loved one continues to receive high-quality, compassionate care at home.

Whether you need a few hours to rest, attend an appointment, or take care of yourself, our trained caregivers are here to help. We provide personalized support that may include assistance with bathing, dressing, meals, mobility, medication reminders, companionship, and more.

Respite care not only helps prevent caregiver burnout, but also ensures that your loved one experiences meaningful connection and consistent care while you recharge. At Forever Home Senior Care, we’re here to support both the caregiver and the person they care for—with kindness, understanding, and respect.

Specialty Care

Our Specialty Care services are designed for individuals living with complex or progressive health conditions that require a more advanced level of in-home care. We support clients with ALS, MS, and other neurological or neuromuscular conditions that impact mobility, communication, or daily functioning.

As these conditions progress, care needs often evolve. Our experienced Health Care Aides (HCAs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) provide personalized support that may include help with mobility and transfers, respiratory support, feeding assistance, medication management, and emotional reassurance. We also work closely with healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care and peace of mind for families navigating more intensive support at home.
